Regional Variants

Regional variants for British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba allow use of familiar regional species codes, site curves, and tree volume estimation equations. See the table below.

Growth relationships are not currently available for regional variants. All growth and survival relationships are based on data from Alberta sources.

A simple ratio-of-means calibration feature can be employed if local diameter increment data is available for some trees in the stand at establishment.
